Privacy policy

Koorui Pakistan (koorui.com.pk) is operated by Tech Center, the authorized Koorui retailer for Pakistan. This policy explains what we collect when you use the store and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, phone number, delivery address, email address and the products you ordered.
• Account details if you create an account: login email and order history.
• Warranty lookups: the serial numbers you check, with the requesting IP address, kept to rate-limit the service.
• Back-in-stock requests: your email and the product you asked about.
• Technical data: standard server logs, and analytics events from Meta Pixel and Google Analytics when those are enabled.

Why we collect it

To deliver and support your order, to register the warranty against the serial number you bought, to send you order and stock notifications you asked for, and to understand which products and pages people use so we can improve the store.

Who sees it

Tech Center staff who operate Koorui Pakistan, the courier or rider delivering your order (name, phone and address only), and the payment providers you choose to pay through. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies

When enabled, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel help us measure website use and advertising results. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings to help us improve the store. These services receive usage and device information. Clarity uses strict text masking, and we exclude cart, checkout, contact, account and warranty pages from these tracking scripts. The store uses cookies for the session, the cart, your compare list and, when enabled, analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the cart and compare features will then not remember your choices.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for as long as the warranty on the products runs plus the period required for accounting. Back-in-stock requests are deleted once the notification is sent. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email [email protected] from the address on your order.
