Delivery
Standard delivery is free in Karachi and Lahore. For other serviceable cities in Pakistan, delivery is Rs 1,000 for every two monitors or part thereof: 1–2 monitors cost Rs 1,000; 3–4 cost Rs 2,000. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout.
We arrange dispatch after payment verification or COD confirmation. Timing depends on your address, order confirmation and courier availability. Contact us for an estimated delivery window for your order.
Payment
Bank transfer: pay the full order total to Tech Center using the account details shown after checkout. Share your receipt with your order number for payment verification. Unpaid transfer orders are held for 24 hours before automatic cancellation.
Cash on delivery: pay the full order total on delivery, including a Rs 2,000 COD fee. No advance deposit is needed. COD is available for eligible models when the final total, including delivery and the COD fee, is under Rs 100,000. We contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
Prices are in Pakistani rupees. Delivery and any COD fee are included in the final total shown before you place your order.
Returns and support
Your monitor includes 3-year local warranty service and 7-day replacement support, subject to the warranty terms. Change-of-mind returns are accepted for unopened, sealed units within 7 days, less delivery cost. Opened units are covered through the warranty process.
