Are these genuine Koorui monitors?
Yes. Koorui Pakistan is the official store, operated by Tech Center, the authorized Koorui retailer for Pakistan. Every unit is imported for this market through the official channel and its serial number is registered for the 36-month warranty.
Why are your prices a little higher than some shops?
Our store offers direct ordering and support from Tech Center. Independent retailers set their own prices and promotions.
How do I check availability?
The website synchronizes availability with our inventory system and accounts for online orders. Product pages show whether a model is available to order.
What does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free in Karachi and Lahore. Elsewhere, delivery costs Rs 1,000 per two monitors or part thereof. Dispatch follows payment verification or COD confirmation; timing depends on your address and courier availability. See delivery and payment details.
How does cash on delivery work?
No deposit is needed. COD adds a Rs 2,000 fee, and you pay the full final total on delivery. It is available for eligible models when that total, including delivery and COD fees, is under Rs 100,000. We confirm the order with you before dispatch.
Which monitor should I buy for a PS5 or Xbox?
Check the product specifications for its inputs. For console gaming, the monitor must support the exact resolution, refresh rate and features you want through HDMI. The console, cable and game also affect the available modes.
HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.1, does it matter?
Check the supported signal modes and features, not just the port version. A version label alone does not establish support for 4K at 120Hz or a particular console’s VRR mode. Match your chosen monitor’s documented HDMI modes to your console.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the monitor?
The warranty follows the serial number, not the person. Whoever holds the unit and the invoice can claim within the 36 months.
Can I pick up in person?
Orders are delivered to your address. In-person pickup is not currently offered.
Do you price-match or offer installments?
We do not price-match and we do not offer installment plans at the moment.
