These terms apply to orders placed on koorui.com.pk, operated by Tech Center, the authorized Koorui retailer for Pakistan (“we”, “us”).
Orders
- Bank-transfer orders await payment verification and are automatically cancelled after 24 hours if unpaid. COD orders await customer confirmation before dispatch; no deposit is required.
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees and exclude delivery and any COD fee, which are included in the final total shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will offer you a full refund if you do not want to proceed at the corrected price.
- We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected or where the delivery address cannot be served.
Product availability
Availability is synchronized with our inventory system. If we cannot supply an ordered item, we will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss an alternative with your agreement.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; inspect the unit on arrival and report damage within 7 days.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the warranty described in the warranty terms. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed units within 7 days, less the delivery cost. Details are on the delivery and returns page.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
